I began a plant-based diet a few months ago, and I've learnt a lot about health, food ethics, as well as animal welfare. Hence, this blog.

nutrient, especially protein, B12, iron, calcium, omega-3s, and vitamin D. You
might need supplements or fortified foods, especially if you’re going fully
vegan.
